Official transcripts are issued by the Registrar’s Office. Transcripts must be requested in writing via the Transcript Request form and include the original signature of the student. All obligations to Criswell College must be satisfied before a transcript will be released. Please keep in mind that it may be at least one week after the end of a semester or term before final grades are posted. Our policy prohibits the faxing or scanning and emailing of official transcripts. Click here to access the Transcript Request form.
Students may print an unofficial transcript from their SONIS student portal. Students in need of assistance in accessing their SONIS student portal should contact the Campus Software Manager.
Transcript Preparation Time
Transcripts are processed in the order in which they are received. Normal processing time is 1–3 business days and does not include delivery time. During college holidays and peak periods (beginning or end of terms, official registration, or graduation), it may take longer than normal to process a transcript. Additional processing time may occur if you were last enrolled at Criswell prior to the Fall 2000 semester. Same day pick-up is not guaranteed.
If you request to pick-up your transcript, the Registrar’s Office will call you when it is available. You will be required to present proof of identity (Criswell student ID card or driver’s license). Transcripts made out to a third party must be mailed.
The Official Transcript Fee is $7 per copy, payable in advance by cash, certified cashier’s check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). We are unable to accept checks or online/electronic checks for transcript payment. You may pay online and then email your Transcript Request Form to the Registrar’s Office or fax it to 214.370.0497.
Transcripts will not be released to students who have holds on their account for outstanding balances owed to the college or other unfulfilled obligations. Contact the Registrar’s Office at 214.818.1303 if additional information is needed regarding transcript holds.
