Official Transcripts

Criswell College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (“NSC”) to provide electronic transcript services to our alumni, as well as our active and inactive students. Request an official transcript by clicking “Order a Transcript” below.

Ordering and Delivery Options

Delivery options include:

    • electronic transmission; and
    • USPS first class mail.

Please note:

  • The Registrar’s Office does not mail transcripts. All digital and mail orders must be processed through the NSC.
  • Criswell College does not release copies of transcripts received from other institutions. Contact your prior institution for a transcript of work completed there.

Unofficial Transcripts

Students and alumni may print an unofficial transcript from their SONIS student portal. Students in need of assistance in accessing their SONIS student portal should contact the Campus Software Manager.

Transcript Holds

Transcripts will not be released to students who have holds on their account for outstanding balances owed to the College or other unfulfilled obligations. Contact the Registrar’s Office at 214.818.1303 if additional information is needed regarding transcript holds.
