Cesia Juárez came to Criswell in June of 2020 to serve as Director of Annual Giving. Previously, she worked as a Financial Community Guide for Thrivent Financial and as a Ministry Assistant at the Dallas Baptist Association. Additionally, she served as Director of Admissions and Registrar at Baptist University of the Americas in San Antonio, Texas, where she obtained a B.A. in Business Leadership. She also holds an M.B.A. from Dallas Baptist University and is currently completing a Certificate of Professional Fundraising from Boston University. Cesia is married to her husband, Luis Juárez, who also works at Criswell as Director of Student Services. She is a member of FBC Kaufman en Español and serves alongside her husband in the media and marketing ministry.
