SUMMARY:Major Declaration Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:The Major Declaration Ceremony (MDC) is an annual tradition at Criswell College that marks the completion of First-Year Experience and celebrates sophomore students as they publicly declare their second major. The ceremony serves as a milestone in each student’s academic journey\, recognizing their commitment to their chosen fields of study and encouraging them as they continue toward graduation. During the ceremony\, students will hear remarks from the Student Success Specialist\, faculty members\, and program directors before declaring their second major. Each participating student receives a graduation cord as a symbolic reminder of the academic goal they are pursuing and the support of Criswell College.
