The Marquis on Gaston
 

Criswell is excited to offer The Marquis on Gaston as another housing option for students! Students will pay a flat monthly rate to live in a two bed/two bath luxury apartment located just 2 minutes from the Criswell campus.

Students can easily walk to the school or jump on the Baylor Shuttle which stops at the Marquis every 15 minutes during the week. The Baylor police patrol the apartments twenty-four hours a day and there is an on-site officer who patrols the apartments from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.

The complex has a four level, covered parking garage and each student receives a parking sticker for their vehicle. There is also a One-Day Maintenance Guarantee which guarantees a response of a reported maintenance problem within twenty-four hours after a service request is made. All apartments are conveniently furnished in order to provide a smooth transition and relieve any stress on students to provide their own furniture
