This online academic program is built around the preaching and writing of Dr. W. A. Criswell, leader of the Southern Baptist Convention Conservative Resurgence and two-time President of the SBC. Both the Great Doctrines of the Bible Certificate and the Advanced Certificate are designed to provide students with a firm foundation in the major points of theology as well as prepare them for further study. Students research each topic for 8 weeks participating in online forums, interacting with students and professors, and accessing all materials, sermons, writings, and videos online at http://www.wacriswell.com.
The Certificate includes Bibliology, Theology Proper, Angelology, Christology, Pneumatology and the Christian Life. The Advanced Certificate includes the previous doctrines as well as Ecclesiology, Soteriology, Stewardship, Prayer and Eschatology.
At the conclusion of the Certificate a student will have completed 12 hours of college level work, and those who receive the Advanced Certificate will have finished a total of 24 hours of college level work.
