Welcome to the student online login page! Criswell College is continually seeking to improve students’ online access to their college information. We currently utilize CAMS Enterprise^® academic management software to provide students with access to transcripts, online registration, student announcements and final course grades. In addition, many of our professors deliver active course materials, exams, quizzes and grades via Blackboard Learn^®. We also use GMail^® as a way for students, faculty and administration to communicate with one another by email.  If you are a current student, you can access these programs by selecting the appropriate button below.

Q: How do I get a Student Portal, Blackboard and/or student email account?

A: Your student portal, student email, and Blackboard accounts are created once you are admitted to Criswell College.

Q: How do I use my student portal, Criswell email, and Blackboard accounts?

A: Below are the ways you can use your student accounts:

1. Student Portal

Your student portal is an important resource that you will use throughout your time here at Criswell. From your portal, you can do the following:

• Pre-register for classes each semester
• View your billing ledger and view/accept financial aid awards
• View your final grades for each semester
• View an unofficial copy of your college transcript
• View your class schedule and course information
• Search a listing of ministerial and non-ministerial job openings

2. Criswell Email

• Your Criswell email account is the primary place where you will receive email correspondence from the faculty and administration of the college. You are responsible for regularly checking your Criswell email and responding in an appropriate and timely manner. Please take the time to read the college's Student Email Policy.

3. Blackboard

If your professors use Blackboard, this is the place where you will be able to do some or all of the following:

• Access course syllabi
• Interact with your professors
• Upload assignments and take tests, quizzes and other evaluations
• Monitor your assignment grades throughout the semester
• Dialogue with other students in your classes

Q: How and when do I get my usernames and passwords?

A: Usernames and passwords:

1. CAMS Student Portal - Your student portal username and password are assigned and emailed to your personal email address once you are admitted to Criswell College.

2. Criswell Email - Your student email address and temporary password are emailed to your personal email address once you are admitted to Criswell College.Your student email address is your student portal username followed by the domain address “@student.criswell.edu.” Your password will be randomly generated.

3. Blackboard - Your Blackboard username and password are emailed to your student email address once you are admitted to Criswell College. Your Blackboard username is the same as your student portal username. Your password will be randomly generated.

Q: What if I forget my username?

A: Remember that your Blackboard username is the same as your student portal username and that your email address is your student portal username followed by the domain address "@student.criswell.edu." If you cannot remember your portal username contact the CAMS/Blackboard Manager at whottman@criswell.edu or 214-818-1313.

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: If you forget your student portal password, you can reset your password from the portal login page. If you forget your Blackboard password you can reset your password from the Blackboard login page. In either case, a password reset link will be emailed to your student email account. If you forget your student email password, contact the CAMS and Blackboard Manager at whottman@criswell.edu or 214-818-1313.

Q: When will my classes show up in my student portal and Blackboard accounts?

A: Your classes will be listed in your student portal once you are registered for classes. Your classes will be posted to Blackboard on the first day of classes.
