Note: you will also be able to view course book lists from the pre-registration page.

  2. To complete official registration for the winter term, pay and clear the business office. This must be done prior to the beginning of the term to avoid paying a late registration fee.

Spring 2015 Registration

  1. Beginning November 10, log into your student portal at http://estudents.criswell.edu and pre-register for your desired courses. To pre-register, select the term for which you will be registering by clicking the link at the top left corner of your portal home page. Then click the “Pre-Register” link under the left menu. Follow the instructions on the pre-registration page. Since classes can fill up quickly, it is important to pre-register as early as possible in order to reserve a seat in your courses.* Pre-registering before coming on campus to complete your registration will also make your registration process easier and faster for you. Note: you will also be able to view course book lists from the pre-registration page.

    * If you have not completed the registration process (this includes clearing Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Student Services) by Friday, January 9, 2015, your seat in a class with a wait list will be offered to the student at the top of the wait list and you will be added to the bottom of the wait list (for more information see the Course Wait List Policy).

  2. Come on campus during registration week (January 5–9) to complete your registration. When you arrive on campus, you will receive faculty advising, clear financial aid, clear the business office, update your parking information, and visit the Student Services Office. Campus office hours during registration week are as follows:

Returning Student Registration Week: January 5–9

Monday  8:30am-11:00am, 11:30am-7:30pm
Tuesday  8:30am-11:00am, 11:30am-5:00pm
Wednesday  8:30am-11:00am, 11:30am-5:00pm
Thursday  8:30am-11:00am, 11:30am-5:00pm
Friday  8:30am-11:00am, 11:30am-5:00pm

Keep in mind that many students will wait until the final day to finalize their registration. Plan on registering early in the week if you want to avoid long lines.

Early Registration

If you know you will be unable to make it on campus during registration week, you may finalize your registration by coming on campus during regular business hours from December 1 to 31. Please keep in mind that finalizing your registration any time other than official registration week might take longer as staff members may not be available when you arrive on campus. You will need to arrange time with each office to ensure that you are able to complete all registration requirements.

Late Registration

Late registration for the Spring 2015 semester begins on Tuesday, January 20, and ends on Friday, January 23. Students registering during this time will be required to pay a Late Registration Fee
